Milap is focused on foreign nationals — travelers, trekkers, and pilgrims from other countries — and their families abroad, who often face extra distance, language barriers, and unfamiliar systems when trying to get information during a crisis in Nepal. Nepalese citizens and communities are, of course, at the center of this disaster, and are already supported by Nepal's own extensive national response — Nepal Police, the Nepal Red Cross Society, and local authorities on the ground. This board exists to complement that work for the international community, not to duplicate or replace it.

Milap does not collect, verify, or own the personal information shown on this board. Every entry here has been gathered from public sources — official police and government channels, public social media posts and groups, and reports submitted directly by volunteers and families — and is shared only to help reconnect people faster during an active emergency. We are not the original source of this information and make no guarantee of its accuracy or completeness — always cross-check anything you see here against the official channels above before acting on it.
